For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or for products that have been opened or used.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a product that is:

Where a product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, as appropriate.

Skin Sensitivity & Reactions

Skincare results and responses can vary from person to person. We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full application.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with texture, scent, or results, provided the product is not faulty.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the postal service used.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, however if your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
