Mouna Somatic Facial

Service Description

Inspired by a friend who was feeling overstimulated by daily life, the Mouna Facial was created as a facial experience in intentional silence. In yoga, Mouna (moh-na) refers to a period of silence used to rest, reflect and re-energise. My version just happens to include a facial! Enjoy an Epicutis facial, LED light therapy, scalp-to-shoulder massage, a 15 minute crystal bowl sound experience and 75 minutes of pure silence. In this silence expect heightened senses and a rare opportunity to switch off, turn inward and simply be. Your skin, mind and body will leave feeling relaxed, nourished and restored.
