Chakra healing with sound bath immersion

Service Description

Chakras are energy wheels found in the body that are associated with different characteristics and colors that can affect our physical and emotional well being. In this session I will guide you through a meditation that includes color therapy and sound immersion to relax and create a safe space for healing through these energy centers bringing peace and restoring harmony. Each session is intuitively guided and unique to your individual needs on the day. What to expect - an initial soul talk, or satsang in sanskrit, where we discuss where you are being emotionally or spiritually challenged at the moment, followed by a guided meditation through sound healing and chakra activations, finished with chakra card reading. After your first session, should you want to delve deeper into healing, a weekly session is advised where we concentrate on each individual chakra with more intensity. These sessions will require homecare with journaling and daily meditation rituals.
