Energy healing with sound bath immersion

Service Description

Come with an open mind and learn to understand your sadness, anxiety, past trauma, heartbreak or even physical pain with resilience & understanding during an energetic healing. My healings are designed to create a safe space where we align with your energy centers through guided visualization, meditation and sound bath immersion. Each session begins with a soul talk (or satsang, in Sanskrit) and is intuitively guided to suit your individual energetic needs on the day. We end the session with a chakra card reading. Weekly sessions are advised along with homecare by journaling. Daily meditation rituals will be recommended as needed after the session. Expect to feel lighter, more grounded, relaxed & focused with deeper understanding of self and purpose. Welcome to your healing journey!
